TORONTO, Ontario and VANCOUVER, B.C., June 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WOW Unlimited Media Inc. (TSXV:WOW.A, Financial) (TSXV:WOW.B) (the “Company” or “WOW”) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement offering (the “Offering”) of an aggregate of 1,573,527 common voting shares and variable voting shares at a price of $1.50 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $2.36 million.
