(OTCPK:DMAN, Financial), (“Company” or “DMAN”), a collection of brands and businesses promoting healthy lifestyles, operating in the Health and Wellness, Cannabis Edibles, Hemp and CBD industries http://www.demandbrandsinc.com announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with DMR Biologics, LLC (“DMR”) to acquire DMR and all of its MigraPure™ breakthrough Migraine therapy assets http://www.dmrbiologics.com. The patented MigraPure™ products are a result of 15 years of research and development including 4 successful clinical studies. A MigraPure™ Hemp version will also be introduced in the near term.
