BBX Capital Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BBX Capital Corporation (NYSE: BBX, OTCQX: BBXTB) (“BBX Capital” or the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend payment of $0.01 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, with a payment date of January 18, 2019, to all shareholders of record at the close of trading on December 28, 2018, the record date for the dividend. The Company previously indicated its intention to continue to declare regular quarterly dividends of $0.01 per quarter per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock (an aggregate per share of $0.04 annually).
