Altria Group Inc. (MO, Financial) declined to $48.90

The prices of Altria Group Inc. (MO, Financial) shares have declined to $48.90 on Jan. 11, which is only 4.9% above the three-year low of $46.49.

Altria Group Inc. is an American international tobacco corporation. The company is one of the world’s largest producers and marketers of cigarettes and other tobacco products. The company is the parent company of several companies, including Smokeless Tobacco Company Inc. and John Middleton Inc.

The service agreements seek to assist in JUUL’s mission to switch adult smokers to e-vapor products. Altria’s investment in JUUL represents a 35% economic interest in JUUL, valuing the company at $38 billion. However, JUUL will remain fully independent.

Liberty Global PLC (LBTYA, Financial) declined to $20.91

The prices of Liberty Global PLC (LBTYA, Financial) shares have declined to $20.91 on Jan. 11, which is only 4.9% above the three-year low of $19.88.

Liberty Global PLC is an American international telecommunications and media company. It was formed in 2005 through the merger of the international arm of Liberty Media and UGC. The company is the largest broadband internet service provider outside of the U.S.

Liberty Global PLC has a market cap of $15.37 billion; its shares were traded around $20.91 with and P/S ratio of 0.99.

On Dec. 21, 2018, Liberty Global PLC announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its DTH satellite TV operations currently serving four Eastern European markets to the M7 Group. The company will sell its DTH operations for a total value of approximately $205 million on a U.S. GAAP basis. Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval, which is expected in the earlier half of 2019.

Diplomat Pharmacy Inc. (DPLO, Financial) declined to $12.88

The prices of Diplomat Pharmacy Inc. (DPLO, Financial) shares have declined to $12.88 on Jan. 11, which is only 4.9% above the three-year low of $12.25.

Diplomat Pharmacy Inc. is an American pharmaceutical company. The company partners with manufacturers, payers, providers and hospitals to focus on providing specialty pharmacy services. The company has facilities across the U.S. and dispenses drugs in all 50 states.

Diplomat Pharmacy Inc. has a market cap of $959.230 million; its shares were traded around $12.88 with a P/E ratio of 359.75 and P/S ratio of 0.23.

On Jan. 7 Diplomat Pharmacy Inc. announced that it has been selected by Hospitality Rx as the exclusive provider of specialty pharmacy and infusion services for its Unite Here Health (UHH) plan members. UHH is a multiemployer union plan that provides health benefits to 250,000 members across the U.S.

Cyanotech Corp. (CYAN, Financial) declined to $3.07

The prices of Cyanotech Corp. (CYAN, Financial) shares have declined to $3.07 on Jan. 11, which is only 2.3% above the three-year low of $3.00.

Cyanotech Corp. is an American dietary supplements company that focuses on producing micro-algae. The company leases land un the Natural Energy Lab of Hawaii on the Kona Coast of the island of Hawaii. Some of the company’s key products include BioAstin Hawaiian Astaxanthin and Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica.

Cyanotech Corp. has a market cap of $17.920 million; its shares were traded around $3.07 with and P/S ratio of 0.57. Cyanotech Corp. had an annual average earnings growth of 0.90% over the past five years.

On Jan. 9 Cyanotech Corp. announced that Brian B. Orlopp has been appointed Vice President of Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. He replaces Jolé Deal who held these positions since 2011. Ms. Deal will serve as Executive Team Advisor with the company until Feb. 1, 2019. The appointment became effective Jan. 3, 2019.
