ZoomerMedia Limited announces Change of Auditors

TORONTO, June 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ZoomerMedia Limited (TSXV:ZUM, Financial) (“ZoomerMedia” or the “Company”), announced today that it has appointed BDO Canada LLP (the “Successor Auditor”) as its auditor. At the request of the Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (the “Former Auditor”) resigned as the auditor, effective June 24, 2019, and the Board of Directors of the Company appointed the Successor Auditor as the Company’s auditor, effective June 24, 2019, until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
