Advanced Micro Devices AMD shares dipped about 1% on Monday after the chipmaker provided terms for a planned $4.75 billion debt sale.

Barclays BCS, Bank of America Securities BAC, Citigroup (C), J.P. Morgan JPM, Morgan Stanley (MS) and Wells Fargo Securities (WFC) are serving as lead managers for the transaction.

The financing is divided among four sets of senior notes. AMD plans to issue $1.25 billion due in 2029 at 4.6%, $1.5 billion due in 2031 at 5%, $1 billion due in 2033 at 5.25% and another $1 billion due in 2036 at 5.5%.

The company expects to receive roughly $4.7 billion after underwriting discounts and other related costs. AMD said the proceeds could support broader corporate needs, including paying down existing obligations.

AMD had previously indicated plans to raise funds through the debt markets. The latest filing provides investors with greater visibility into the size, maturity schedule and interest costs of the proposed financing.
