(“CopperBank” or the “Company”) (CSE:CBK)(OTC PINK:CPPKF)(FSE:9CP) is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement, previously announced on August 12, 2019. A total of $480,000 has been raised by issuing 8,000,000 shares at a price of $0.06 per share. There were no finder fees paid as part of this financing. The private placement is subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange and the securities will be subject to a four month and one day hold period under securities laws.
