(“Goldgroup” or the “Company”) (TSX:GGA, OTC:GGAZF, BMV SIX:GGAN.MX) announces that Keith Piggott and Harry Burgess have resigned from the Board of Directors pursuant to the Company’s Majority Voting Policy.
