Good morning and welcome to the presentation of Logistea year and report for the year of 2024. As usual, myself, Niklas Zuckerman, CEO of the company, and Philip Lofgren, CFO of Logistea , as always, happy to take any questions after the presentation.

At year end we have 143 properties at a value of roughly SEK 13.2 billion. Rents per square meter stay low at below 7,006, and the occupancy still high at almost 97%.
