Hi, good morning everybody. Nice to see so many people here in the room and a very warm welcome to everyone who's following us on the webcast as well. I believe we have several 100 people out there watching us on the webcast this morning. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Gavin Clark. I'm the CEO, or more correctly, the CEO of 10 Weeks.
