Duke Realty Corp is a self-administered and self-managed REIT. The company is engaged in the ownership, management and development of industrial and medical office real estate. It also provides real estate services to third-party owners.

Duke Realty Corp is a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership, management, and development of industrial and medical office real estate throughout the United States. The vast majority of the total square footage under Duke Realty's ownership is encompassed in its industrial properties, mainly warehouse facilities used for bulk distribution activities. The company derives nearly all of its revenue from rental income, mostly generated from its industrial locations. Duke's medical office properties also contribute a significant amount. The company's properties are located in large metro areas of the U.S., notably Indianapolis, Chicago, and Atlanta. Its major tenants include government services, manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare companies.
