Hill-Rom Holdings Inc is engaged in selling and renting patient support and near-patient technologies and services, and health information technology solutions in the U.S. and Canada.

Hill-Rom Holdings sells medical technology to healthcare providers. The advancing mobility segment contributes the majority of revenue and includes bed systems and mobility solutions. The wound care and prevention segment sells products for pulmonary, wound, and bariatric conditions, such as ventilators, defibrillators, and intravenous pumps. The clinical workflow segment provides technologies to improve patient and staff communication and aggregate patient data. The surgical safety and efficiency segment sells surgical tables, positioning devices, and consumables used in operating rooms. The respiratory health segment offers bronchial hygiene products for acute- and home-care patients. Hill-Rom generates the majority of its revenue in the United States.
