Par Pacific Holdings Inc is an oil refining and marketing company. It owns and operates refineries with related logistics and retail networks. It also transports, markets and distributes crude oil.

Par Pacific Holdings Inc is an oil and gas company that manages and maintains interests in energy and infrastructure businesses. Under its refining business, the company produces ultra-low-sulfur diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, marine fuel, LSFO, and other associated refined products. Products from the refinery business are sold through Par Pacific's logistics network to wholesale customers, bulk customers, and its retail business. Through the logistics segment, crude shipments are delivered to the refinery, in addition to finished products that are exported. The logistics business allows it to distribute refined products throughout the Hawaii islands. Alongside the refinery and logistics businesses, the company's retail operation licenses out brands to serve the retail consumer.
