Williams Partners LP is an energy infrastructure company that owns the Transco and Northwest natural gas pipelines. The firm owns and operates midstream gathering and processing assets, and interstate natural gas pipelines. It also produces olefins.

Williams Partners is a large pipeline company that owns stakes in or operates 15,000 miles of interstate gas pipelines and 1,000 miles of natural gas liquids pipelines. It processes roughly 10% of U.S. gas production. Williams Companies, a publicly traded C Corporation, owns a 72% limited partner interest in Williams Partners. The partnership is the primary owner and operator of Williams Companies' assets.
