Ocata Therapeutics Inc was incorporated in Nevada under the name Two Moon Kachinas Corp. on May 18, 2000. The Company is a biotechnology company, engaged in the development and commercialization of human pluripotent stem cell technology in the field of regenerative medicine. It is actively conducting clinical trials for treating dry age-related macular degeneration and Stargardt's macular degeneration, in addition to several clinical and preclinical programs for other ocular therapies.
