Tallgrass Energy LP is a corporate entity created after the acquisition of Tallgrass Energy Partners (the LP) by its GP in June 2018. Tallgrass operates and has participating interests in some of the more strategically important midstream assets in the Bakken and Rockies (the REX and Pony Express lines, for example).
