His ex-wife Chen Xiaoying's brother Chen Dejun is now the Chairman and General Manager, with a 28% stake, and Ms. Chen owned a 5% stake as of Dec. 31, 2022. STO's strategic shareholder is Cainiao Smart Logistics Network, with a 25% stake. Alibaba can exercise its share options to purchase 21% of STO before Dec. 27, 2025 at CNY 16.50 per share.
