The rank of Profitability (70%)

The ranking of Profitability is done by ranking:
  • Operating margin mean rank (10-year mean average profit margine)
  • Operating margin growth rank
  • Fscore
  • Predictability rank
  • Revenue growth rank (5 year), when the growth is higher than 25%, set it as 25%
  • Num of year profit (number of years that is profitable within the last 10 years)
  • ROIC median (10-year median of ROIC)

ASICS Corp is a Japanese manufacturer and distributor of sporting goods. The company organises itself across three business domains: athletic sports, sports lifestyle, and health/comfort. Athletic sports provide equipment for running, Asics' core business; training; tennis; and rugby. Sports lifestyle includes fashion and lifestyle apparel and footwear. Health/comfort includes casual leather shoes, safety shoes, and nursing care facilities. The company reports results for three segments: sports shoes, sportswear, and sports equipment.
