Rouse Properties Inc was incorporated in Delaware in August 2011. The Company is a real estate investment trust. It owns and manages regional malls in protected markets in the United States. The Company operates through retail segment, which includes the operation, development and management of regional malls. It has a portfolio, including approximately 40 malls and retail centers in over 20 states totaling over 24.9 million square feet of retail space.
