Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Michael Singer, and I am the Executive Chairman of Aurora Cannabis Inc., and I welcome you all to our annual general and special meeting for the company's financial year-end June 30, 2020.

I will act as Chairman of this meeting. Joining me on the call today is Miguel Martin, the Chief Executive officer of Aurora; Glen Ibbott, the Chief Financial Officer at Aurora; and Jillian Swainson, the Chief Legal Officer at Aurora.

I now call the meeting to order and will commence with the formal part of this meeting to appoint a recording secretary and a scrutineer for the meeting. I appoint Jillian Swainson, our Chief Legal Officer and the Corporate Secretary, to act as recording secretary for the meeting. I also appoint Vanessa Lee and Evelyn Hsu of Computershare Trust Company of Canada as scrutineers for this meeting.
