Okay. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Jan Loeb. I'm the President and CEO of Acorn Energy as well as a member of the Board of Directors and it's my pleasure to welcome all of you to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Thank you for joining us today.
