Good day, everyone. I'm David Wang, the Chair of the Board, President and CEO of ACM Research. I will be serving as the Chair of this meeting, too. On behalf of the Board, it is my privilege to welcome you to ACM's 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which we are again hosting via live webcast.
