Thanks. Hello, everyone. My name is Jeff Thramann. I'm the Executive Chairman of Aclarion. A little bit about my background: I'm a neurosurgeon, fellowship training in spine surgery. I got into business back in 2008 when I invented a new way to help fuse the spine together. I built a big medical device company around that, which I eventually sold to a public company.
I am a serial entrepreneur. I've done six healthcare companies now, taking them all from zero to exit, and I'm a named inventor on over 130 different patents. So I came to Aclarion as a Board member a few years back and then took the company public onto NASDAQ as I built a team.
And we are now a healthcare technology company that is leveraging MR spectroscopy biomarkers and an augmented intelligence algorithm to help optimize the treatment of disease. So it's a platform technology using MR spectroscopy. And our initial focus is really on low back pain. And we're going after low back pain because it's really a large market. It's the number-one cost diagnosis
