Thanks for coming. My name is Todd Anthony. As earlier, I was presented -- I'm the VP of Corporate Development for First Majestic. I've been with the company for 12 years, and we're going to go through a quick slide show. It's very condensed, so it's very high level.
We'll talk a little bit about silver, and we'll talk a little bit about some of the projects that we're doing. And we'll talk about the market activity as of late because I think it's a very compelling time to be looking at First Majestic.
So just quickly, a couple of slides on silver. The human race is consuming more silver than you probably think of. There's -- we produce globally around 850 million ounces of silver a year, and we're consuming somewhere around 1.1 billion ounces of silver a year.
There's two new industries -- when I say new, I mean, over the last 10 years -- that are consuming 25% of mine supply. The first one is solar panels. You saw -- this is the new number from 2021 from the Metals Focus group.
