Albany International Corp is an advanced textiles and materials processing company. With operations spread across the world it engages in two core businesses, the machine clothing and engineered composites design. The majority revenue generating business is branched under the Machine Clothing segment offering custom-designed fabrics and belts made from polymeric materials for production in the paper, nonwovens, and other process industries. With the Engineered Composites segment the firm designs, develops, and manufactures advanced light weight and cost effective composite components for aerospace applications.
