Amex Exploration Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Amex Exploration.
(interpreted) I am Victor Cantore, the President and CEO of Amex, and I also serve on its Board. With me this morning are my fellow Board members, André Shareck, Chairman of the Board and the Chair of the Compensation Committee; Yvon Gélinas, the Chair of the Audit Committee; Pierre Carrier, our Chief Operating Officer; Luisa Moreno, Phillip Brumit, and Peter Damouni. Also with us today are Aaron Stone, our Vice President of Exploration; Patrick Musampa, our Chief Financial Officer, and Tom Provost of MLT Aikins LLP, Legal Counsel to the Corporation.
With the consent of the meeting, I will preside as Chairman of the meeting, and Tom Provost will act as Secretary of the meeting.
