All right. Welcome, everybody. I'm presenting Anebulo Pharmaceuticals. We are a publicly traded company, recent IPO in May of this year.
And what we're doing is a little bit different than what most other companies are doing at this conference. And that we're not a cannabis company, we're a pharma company, but we are closely related to the cannabis industry. And what we're trying to do is we're trying to solve the problem of cannabis associated emergency department visits.
As you know, the industry, the cannabis industry is rapidly growing. And in other -- probably over 50 million people in this country that use cannabis in the US and safely, but some people get in trouble for all kind of different reasons. And I presented the emergency department, and that has been growing since the first state start to legalize cannabis in 2012. And we believe that in 2018, there were over 1.7 million cannabis associated emergency department visits.
