I'm Oren Gilad, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will be presiding as Chairman of this meeting. I want to welcome you to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Aprea Therapeutics, Inc. John Hamill, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company, will act as Secretary of the meeting.
