Good morning, everyone. I'm Joe Spak, Head of US autos here at UBS. Very pleased to start off a full day of auto meetings with Aptiv.

With that, gentlemen, thanks for coming in. I know you recently had a big Investor Day that talked about the split of the company and the future for both sides of the company. I want to spend the majority of our time talking about that.
But just to get some of the other minutiae out of the way, we are -- basically have three weeks left in the year. You did give an outlook at the end of third quarter that expressed, I think, a fair amount of caution on some of these industry factors that could impact your results.
