Ardelyx Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. I'm Mike Raab, President and CEO of Ardelyx. I'm pleased to welcome you to Ardelyx's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We're hosting our annual meeting virtually this year. Before I call the meeting to order, I would like to note that we have a number of members of our Board of Directors and management team online with us today; along with Mark Roeder of Latham & Watkins LLP, the company's outside counsel; Pam Kelleher and Hilary Sullivan of Ernst & Young LLP, the company's independent registered public accounting firm; and [Cristina Perino], Inspector of Election. Felecia Ettenberg, our Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal Officer, will act as Secretary of the meeting.
Let me start with a brief review of the agenda for today's meeting. We will start by taking care of some housekeeping items, and then we will move to formal business for today's meeting, consideration of the proposals described in our proxy statement.
