Thank you and good morning. I am Nicolas Finazzo, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of AerSale Corporation, and the Chairman of today's meeting. On behalf of AerSale Corporation, the members of the Board, and company management, I am very happy to welcome you to our virtual 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce you to the other members of the Board and the officers of the company who are here with us today.
