Thank you, and good afternoon, and thank you for joining today's call. This past weekend, I reflected on how far the company has come, given the many issues we faced approximately 2.5 years ago in March of 2019.

Our strategy to focus on the company's core businesses and customers and the implementation of the set of management disciplines to drive operational efficiency and accountability has driven significant improvements across a number of key financial metrics.

Despite COVID, our revenue grew over 12% last year in U.S. dollars. Our gross and operating margins continued to improve, and we generated significant cash from operations, driving return on capital to over 30%, supported by a balanced capital management
