Thank you very much. And I can add, we will have -- by July 1, we'll have an asset, the Jaguar mine, in WA, the Mount Colin mine in Queensland, and the Stockman Project in Victoria. The transaction we announced last week. We are busy with the funding; most of the funding has been raised. So I'll take you through the acquisition and the way forward for the business. So as we said two years ago, we bought the Cracow gold mine from Evolution, and we kept on saying we want to grow the business further. We are always looking for further opportunities to bring more assets into the portfolio and upgrade the portfolio. And I believe we just did that last week.

So we have bought the Round Oak Minerals assets from Washington Soul Patts for $234 million. The transaction will be funded through an $80 million cash payment, or the [whole] deal will be done with $80 million cash, and $154 million in equity to Washington Soul Patts.
