Good morning, everyone. My name is Debra Hazelton, and I am Chair of AMP Limited and Chair of your meeting today. As the Company Secretary has informed me that a quorum is present, I now formally open our 2023 Annual General Meeting.

I'd like to begin by paying our respects to elders, past and present, and to all First Nations people across the country. AMP acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet and the custodians of the lands from which you are all joining us today. We pay our respect to elders, past, present and emerging, and we extend that same respect and recognition to all First Nations people.
