Okay. Well, it's a couple of minutes past midday, so we might get going, if that's okay, and other people who join a bit later can catch up. Firstly, good afternoon. Welcome, everyone. For those I've not met before, my name's Jeremy Steele. I'm CEO and Managing Director of Control Bionics. I'm joined today by Stephen Rix, who's our Non-Executive Chairman, who will make some remarks towards the end of the presentation and I'm sure will be willing to take questions.
I also noticed that Professor Nick Opie has joined the call. He's our recently appointed Director -- Non-Executive Director, who's also working with us inside the business. And I'll talk a little bit about both Nick's background and the role he's playing during the course of the presentation.
