Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Charter Hall Long Wale results presentation for the 2025 financial year. Presenting with me today is Erin Kent, Head of Long Wale REIT Finance. I would like to formally introduce Erin for those that have not met Erin yet. This is Erin's first results for Long Wale having joined Charter Hall in July of this year, and we welcome Erin to the team.
