Good morning everyone. Thanks for joining us today for the Centrepoint Alliance half year results investor conference call. All attendees are now in listen-only mode. My name's John Shuttleworth, I'm the Chief Executive Officer of Centrepoint Alliance, and with me today is Brendan Glass, our Chief Financial Officer.
