Good afternoon. Good afternoon, all shareholders. My name is Porntat Amatavivadhana. And on behalf of the Board, it is my pleasure to welcome you, our shareholders, employees and guests to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Donaco International Limited. It is now just past 3:00 p.m., the nominated time for the meeting, and I have been informed that a quorum is now present. Note that the meeting has been validly constituted, and I'm pleased to declare the meeting open.

I would like to start by introducing you to my fellow directors who are online. First, Mr. Lee Bug Huy, our CEO. I believe our nonexecutive directors; Mr. Issaraya Intrapaiboon; Mr. Andrew Phillips; and Mr. Rod Sutton. Also our Executive Director, Mr. Leo Chan; and Mr. Kurkye Wong. Also joining us today is Mr. Gordon Lo, our Chief Financial Officer; our Auditor, Ms. Suwarti Asmono from Crowe and representatives from the company's Chair registerer, Automic; and finally, Ms. Marika White, our Company Secretary.
