Well, thank you, Velvet Bell, and good morning, and welcome, everyone, to our annual results presentation. Thanks for checking in and joining in on this morning's webinar. Today, we present the results for the full financial year 2020. And I'll be presenting with Tracy Bucciarelli, our CFO, here at Energy Action.

Our agenda today is, I am going to spend some time talking about the vision of the organization. I'm going to talk about the group financial results and hand over to Tracy for that. We'll spend some time talking about operational performance and finally, close out with our look at priorities in FY '21 and beyond.
