Well, my name is Rod North. I'm Managing Director of Bourse Communications and I look after the investor relations, media, and PR for Elsight Limited. Today, I'd like to welcome you to the first of a series of webinar events that are planned for the company that will deal with the quarterly results and also give shareholders a business update. On the call today, we have the CEO, Yoav Amitai. We have David Furstenberg, who's an Executive Director; and Howard Digby, who is a Non-Executive Director.

One of the key things that I think to say is that many companies have been faced with some fairly extraordinary times over the last 12 months as a result of COVID-19, and that impact that it has had to companies.
