Thanks, Vincent, and thanks, everyone, for joining the call. I thought I'd just kick off with Slide 3, which is in the information pack, which is titled Our Story. And the thing that's probably changed there is that we've welcomed our 3,000th homeowner to move into Lifestyle Communities. And we very much focused on this sort of thinking around, "It's been a consistent strategy of delivering an amazing lifestyle to our homeowners and sustainable returns to our shareholders."
