Good afternoon. My name is Christopher McFadden. I am a Director and Chairman of the Board of NextGen Energy. I'm pleased to welcome you to the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders of NextGen Energy. I will act as Chair of this meeting and I shall ask Ryan Podrasky, CFO of NextGen Energy, to act as the Secretary of this meeting.
