Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. As the time is now 11:30 AM, and as a quorum is present, I declare the 36th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders open.

My name is Solomon Lew, Chairman of Premier Investments Limited. I'd also like to welcome shareholders here today and also welcome those shareholders who are following this meeting through the live webcast. I would request, at this point in time, that you turn your mobile phones off. Thank you.

I also welcome members of the senior management team of Premier Investments and the Just Group. Let me now introduce your Board of Directors and Just Group Interim CEO. So from my right, we have Timothy Anthonie; Michael McLeod; Ms. Sally Herman; Henry Lanzer; Ms. Sylvia Falzon; Dr. David Crean, he's our Deputy Chairman. On my left, John Bryce, Just Group Interim CEO and CFO; Terry McCartney; and Ms. Andrea Weiss, Premier's newest director, joining the Premier Board at the conclusion of today's meeting.
