Thanks, Lucy, and good morning, folks. Welcome to our presentation today. Thank you for taking the time, and we're here in the Perth office. If I can take you through Slide 3 in our presentation, which is on the website. The total recordable injury frequency rate, we're hitting record numbers now. We're very pleased with the focus there. If you can see we are at 0.41 compared to the previous year, 1.25. And we also celebrated a milestone at Syama about 10 days ago where they were 4 years without a lost time incident, which we think is a very, very good achievement. Still a lot of focus on safety, as we all know that safety is a journey, it's not a destination, but we're actually very excited about the improvements that we're seeing in the operations.
