Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Before we kick off our proceedings today, we'd like to start off with a very short [catekeo opreo] to formally open the meeting today and a short -- a few short words afterwards. (foreign language) And it's my great pleasure to stand here before you and welcome you formally on behalf of my colleagues here at SKYCITY Auckland. It is my sincere desire that you have a very productive and positive day today.
It has been a very interesting 12-month period for myself personally and also I'm sure for a lot of our colleagues. And so in closing today, ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to offer some short word of wisdom based on a famous proverb from my culture, and it goes like this, (foreign language). Simply translated, that means it is only through your skills, wisdom and knowledge combined with our skills, wisdom and knowledge that we can achieve great success both within our business and also within our personal lives.
