Tempus is an ASX-listed company, also TSX Venture with OTC listing. The team is based in Canada here, and the flagship assets are in Canada.
The key asset is Blackdome/Elizabeth. This is in the southern Cariboo, not too far from Whistler. I put that in perspective for people that way. It's a couple hours north of Whistler. One of the things that's very interesting is this is the whole Pioneer-Bralorne emerging, sort of reemerging gold camp. One of the things that attracted me to the company was the -- just the optionality that's built into this.
We got Talisker next door, Westhaven, ourselves, Barrick. So there's some synergies there. Certainly both on operational and corporate side. And I think it's useful just to point out there's a valuation gap here, I think, with Talisker and Westhaven in the sort of $50 million market cap. Tempus is currently about $14 million market cap.
