Thank you, and good morning to everyone, and welcome to our FY25 half-year results call. But before I begin, I really want to acknowledge our people. There will be many of our people on this call today. And they've done an outstanding job in the first six months and really living and breathing what we stand for as a business: live for the challenge, smart together, never give up, and have each other's backs.
