(audio in progress) Tartana Minerals. It is now just after 1:00 PM today here in Sydney.
I have a quorum in this room and, therefore, declare the meeting open.
On behalf of your Board of Directors, I welcome you to this AGM, whether you are in here in person today or attending online via the link.
The Chairman of the Board is Alistair Lewis. Alistair is here on the call today for the online attendees. But he was unfortunately unable to attend the meeting today but joins online. I will be acting Chairman for the purpose of this meeting.
May I also introduce you to the other Directors here today: Managing Director Steph Bartrop, sitting to my side; as well as Matt Hancock; Michael Thirnbeck, and Kiara Wang.
Before we get into the formalities of this meeting, I'd like to invite the Managing Director to present to the meeting.
