Thank you. Good morning, everybody, and welcome to our presentation and update on the Phase 1 open-pit scoping study. I'm joined today here with Linton Putland. Linton is an Executive Director, and he's in charge of all of our mining and development activities and has been an integral part of pulling this scoping study together.
