Coby, give us a quick refresh here as to Weebit Nano and your technology.
Okay. So we are in the semiconductor space, developing a new kind of memory. Actually, what's called the non-volatile memory, a memory that retains the data even when it's unplug from the power like your USB stick.
Weebit has been developing this technology for quite a few years now. And we're now at the point where the technology is really working, we have very good results. And we signed our first commercial agreement with a fab in the US, a fab is where you manufacture semiconductors.
So we signed a licensing agreement
